Hotel Kazar Facebook competition terms and conditions

1.- Organiser identification

The organiser is Hotel Kazar, with registered address at Carrer Dos de Maig, 117 and Tax ID B-96752266.

2.- Mechanics of the promotion and eligibility

Participation is open to anyone over 18. In order to be a participant, Hotel Kazar establishes the following terms and conditions:

– “Like” our Facebook page.

– Post a comment, tagging the person you would like to share the prize with.

Only one valid comment per person.

3.- Promotion dates and number of winners

The competition will run from 26 July 2019 at 5.00 pm, to 5 August 2019 at 2.00 pm.

There will be one winner, who will be announced on 6 August on the Hotel Kazar Facebook and Instagram profiles.

4.- Value and nature of the prize offered

The prize will consist of dinner + one night hotel accommodation for two people, valued at €146. Dinner includes: 3 starters from the tapas menu (for sharing), 1 main, 1 drink, dessert, coffee or tea; the room will be a Junior Suite with breakfast included. You can also enjoy the hotel pool from 10 am to 10 pm. The deadline for using the prize is 31 December 2019. The winner must consult available dates with the bookings department.

In no case may the prize be exchanged for cash.

The prize winner must confirm their personal details and show their identity or resident’s card. The winner must sign a receipt to receive the prize. Otherwise, they will lose their right to receive the prize.

The winners’ personal and tax details must be filled in to deliver the prize. Therefore, any missing data or withdrawal of consent to data processing with mean the winner loses their right to the prize.

5.- Notification to the winner

We will contact the winner with a post on Facebook and by private message. They must go to Hotel Kazar, in Carrer Dos de Maig, 117, Ontinyent, in person to collect the prize on the day and at the time agreed.

If the winner has not answered within 3 days of notification, another draw will be held with all participants and a new winner will be chosen.

6.- Transfer of the winner’s image and/or intellectual property rights

The winner must accept that their Facebook username and profile picture will be published on Hotel Kazar social networks or website to communicate the results of the competition.

7.- Comments

All comments with abusive, obscene, vulgar, violent, racist, sexist or threatening content, that infringe good customs, breach any fundamental right, violate third party rights or any current legal provision, will be deleted.

8.- Extension or suspension

This promotion may be suspended, cancelled and/or modified, in full or in part, at any time and at the sole discretion of Hotel Kazar, following notification on social networks and without giving participants any right to file a claim. The decisions of Hotel Kazar may not be appealed, and it is the only body entitled to interpret all issues that may arise related to these terms and conditions.

9.- Disqualification and penalties

All users who breach the terms and conditions of this promotion will be disqualified and excluded.

10.- Organiser disclaimer

Hotel Kazar accepts no liability for any breach by a participant or how they may use the prize received.

11.- Data Protection

Pursuant to the provisions of current personal data protection regulations, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPD-GDD), you are hereby informed that the personal data provided will be processed by Hotel Kazar, with registered address at Carrer Dos de Maig, 117, 46870 Ontinyent (Valencia), as Data Controller and for the purpose of managing participation in this competition. Should you be the winner, your data will also be processed to:

• Deliver the prize.

• Conduct communication actions on social networks and the website.

The legal basis for processing your personal data comes from the consent provided, as well as the need to provide the service in the case of the winner. Data will not be transferred to third parties unless required by law. The personal data provided will be stored for the term necessary to comply with the purposes described and, where appropriate, with contractual obligations and claims for any relevant legal liabilities.

Users may at any time exercise their rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or, where appropriate, opposition. For this purposes, they must submit the request in writing to Hotel Kazar (Data protection), Calle Dos de Maig, 117, 46870 Ontinyent, (Valencia), or by email to info@hotelkazar.com. The document must specify which right you wish to exercise and you must also show or, in the case of a request by post or email, attach a photocopy of your identity card or equivalent document. If acting through a legal or voluntary representative, you must also provide a document accrediting this representation and their identity document.

Furthermore, if you feel that your personal data protection rights have been violated, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
